Benefits eligibility

You are eligible to enrol in health and dental benefits if you are a regular UK employee. Learn more in eligibility and your benefit coverage.

When you enrol

You will receive an email inviting you to enrol in health and life insurance benefit coverage from Darwin, your benefits administrator within 5 days from your start date. You have 30 days to complete your enrolment.

You can make changes at any time during the year as a result of a qualifying life event, such as getting married or having a baby. See more details about enrolling or making changes.

Health, wellness & financial benefits

These benefits provide for your current health and wellness needs, and help ensure peace of mind in case of a serious illness or injury. The company pays all of the costs for most benefit plans, including:

  • Medical
  • Dental
  • Vision
  • Permanent health insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Travel assistance & accident insurance, which includes emergency medical coverage for business travel

You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes on medical and dental premiums.

Your financial wellness requires constant attention, just like your health. The Pension scheme, administered by AVIVA, is a simple and effective way to save for your future. Check out Nudge to enhance your financial well-being. It is an independent & confidential solution to help you make the most of your money. You'll find useful, unbiased information and online tools. You can also expect to receive a ‘nudge’ when something changes which affects your finances. Add your interests to the profile page to personalise the help you can receive.

Key dates

  • Within 30 days of your hire date: Visit Darwin, your benefits administrator to enrol. Note: It can take up to 5 days from your hire date for your information to be passed to Darwin and you gain access to enrol.
  • Receive a membership pack from BUPA within 2 weeks of enrolling.
  • The benefits plan year starts on 1 August.
