If you leave Intuit, your benefits end on your last day of employment. You can continue your medical and dental coverage through Bupa by requesting a “continuation option” by email or phone.
Here are some additional items to keep in mind:
- If you voluntarily resign from Intuit, we ask that you provide written notice to your manager.
- Submit all outstanding Pcard charges and transfer any open purchase orders to your manager before your last day. Contact PcardProgramManage@intuit.com if you have questions about your Pcard. Contact GBS Connect if you require any support with open purchase orders.
- You will receive a copy of your P45 via mail by the 25th of the month following your last day with Intuit. If you have not received your P45 by the 25th, reach out to HRConnect.
- Return company property to your manager.
- Submit your reimbursement request and receipts for the Wellbeing for Life programme and vision expenses by uploading them to Darwin, your benefits administrator at least 10 business days before your termination date. Once you log in via single sign on, select Reimbursements. Your request must be approved before your termination date. Any pending requests are still subject to review and have the potential to be rejected.
- Your Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) current deductions will be refunded.
- Your vacation balance will be paid out on your final paycheck.
