Health taxes
Because the Inland Revenue (HMRC) considers your premiums a taxable benefit, you will see a health payment and deduction on your pay slip. This amount is the monthly cost of the benefit to Intuit for your (and your family’s) coverage. This figure is notional, which allows for the collection of the correct tax but does not form part of your gross pay.
