Intuit will reimburse you up to £30 for the cost of your eye test, as well as £100 toward the cost of your spectacles or lenses every year.
All users of display screen equipment (DSE) will, upon request, be provided with eyesight tests and, where necessary, corrective spectacles, for work with DSE, in accordance with the requirements of the Health & Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992.
Reimbursement
To request reimbursement under the Vision programme:
- Create a request in Darwin, your benefits administrator.
- Upload a PDF or soft copy of your receipts.
- You can submit multiple requests for reimbursement during the fiscal year (1 August–31 July).
The deadline for FY24 is 31 July 2024.
Ensure that the receipts total the entire amount wished to be claimed for the fiscal year. Expenses must be incurred in the same fiscal year for which you are submitting receipts.
Vision reimbursement will be included on your paycheck.
