You are eligible to enrol in the Intuit benefits programme if you are a regular UK employee. You are automatically enrolled for some benefit programmes. See below for specific eligibility rules for each Intuit benefit programme.
- Medical, dental: You and your eligible dependents are eligible for health and dental benefits as of your hire date.
- Permanent Health Insurance (PHI): You are enrolled for PHI as of your hire date.
- Life insurance: You are enrolled in life insurance as of your hire date.
- Well-being for Life Programme: You are eligible for the Well-being for Life Programme as of your hire date.
- Vision: You are eligible for vision benefits as of your hire date.
- Pension scheme: You are eligible for the Pension Scheme as of your hire date.
Eligible dependents
Eligible dependents include:
- Your husband or wife or a same-sex or opposite-sex partner that lives with you.
- Your children that are not married or under the age of 24. Coverage will end on the renewal date following their 24th birthday or their marriage, whichever happens first.
