What’s new for FY25

For FY25, we are excited to announce new changes and enhancements, effective 1 August 2024, that offer more coverage and support for you and your family.

Free health checks for all employees

We’re introducing no-cost health checks for all Regular employees—even if you are not enrolled in the Intuit medical plan. The Bupa Be.Reassured plan offers a free health check once every two years through any local Bupa provider or clinic.

Your assessment includes up to one hour with a doctor and an assessment of key health indicators, such as height, weight, BMI, and blood pressure; lab tests to check for diabetes and cholesterol; and additional age-based screenings. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss any health concerns, including mental health. Your doctor may recommend additional testing based on what’s clinically appropriate for you.

After your appointment, you’ll have ongoing no-cost support through a variety of resources:

Bupa Be.Me app:

  • Build your unique health profile and get recommended health goals
  • View tailored wellbeing content
  • Link fitness devices and upload data to track progress

Ongoing health and wellbeing support:

  • Two follow-up coaching calls with a lifestyle coach
  • 24/7 nurse support
  • 12 months of mental health support

Face-to-face consultation with a health advisor:

  • Lifestyle discussion to help you achieve your goals based on your test results
  • Mental health and wellbeing discussion

You can opt in through Darwin, your digital benefits administrator, after 1 August. After you opt in, Bupa will contact you by phone or Intuit email with information about next steps.

Medical and dental premiums continue to be covered at 100%

While the cost of healthcare rises year over year, Intuit will continue to cover 100% of your premiums! You will only be responsible for the taxes. You’ll notice an increase to your taxes in FY25, which will reflect the higher amount that Intuit is contributing toward your coverage. You can view the FY25 rates on Darwin.

More money to spend towards your wellbeing

The Wellbeing for Life programme reimburses you for just about any expense related to your physical, mental health, or financial wellbeing. And now it’s even better. For FY25, Intuit is increasing your Wellbeing for Life programme reimbursement from £850 to £1000 per fiscal year.

Commuter allowance increase

The monthly commuter allowance for London site-based employees working at least 20 hours a week is increasing from £105 to £115 per month. Intuit will gross up this amount to cover taxes.

Free support for home purchases

No matter where you are on your home-buying journey, free mortgage advisor services from Charles Cameron & Associates will help you explore your options. From buying a home to remortgaging a current property, you can count on independent advice to help you make informed decisions.
