Intuit’s telemedicine programme, Bupa Digital GP, saves you money, time and a trip to the doctor’s office. Given the cost of the programme, it does not meet required levels to be considered a benefit in kind, so there are no tax implications for you to take advantage of this benefit.
Eligibility
Bupa Digital GP is available only to Intuit employees enrolled in the Bupa medical plan. Intuit employees not enrolled in the medical plan can access telemedicine services through Babylon.
How it works
Bupa Digital GP is available by phone or video 24 hours a day, seven days a week to treat many common medical issues, including:
- Allergies
- Respiratory infections
- Colds and flu
- Urinary tract infections
- Digestive disorders
Note: Bupa Digital GP also provides virtual therapy services for common mental health issues like anxiety and depression.
Bupa Digital GP doctors can diagnose your symptoms, prescribe medications and send the prescription to your local pharmacy within one hour. Prescriptions can also be delivered to your home or office.* Doctors can refer you to fully qualified specialists within the National Health Service—no need to see your general practitioner first.
Bupa Digital GP is a good option when:
- It’s not convenient for you to leave work or home.
- Your doctor is not available on your schedule.
- You have non-emergency health concerns and it’s after-hours.
- You’re traveling and need medical care.
* Important: Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate.
How to enroll
Bupa medical plan members
Register for Bupa Digital GP online or via the Apple or Android app
The name you use to register and postal code must match BUPA. You can confirm this information by checking the policy documentation received from Bupa or by logging on to Darwin, your benefits administrator.

Register for Babylon online or via the Apple or Android app. Use access intuitwow.
