Your benefits information is moving to Insight

For FY25, we’re focused on introducing changes that will enhance your experience with Intuit benefits. We’re excited to share that we’ve made changes to Insight to include all your benefits information.

What this means for you

Moving benefits information to Insight will create a more personalized and tailored benefits experience. From the My benefits and career tab, you’ll see benefits based on what’s available to you.

Your questions answered

We understand that you may have questions about this transition. See below for answers to frequently asked questions.

Why is Intuit making this change?

In alignment with our broader organizational goals, we’re making this change to provide you with a more personalized and tailored experience with your Intuit benefits. We will be able to leverage Intuit’s technology strengths and streamline the employee experience with fewer places to look for important information.

Can I still use intuitbenefits.com?

You, your spouse/domestic partner, and eligible dependents can still use intuitbenefits.com to view high-level benefits overview information. Insight will provide you with a more personalized and detailed view and experience with your benefits information. For example, by accessing Insight through single sign-in, you’ll be able to see benefits information based on your worker type, location, and eligibility. We encourage you to use Insight for benefit-specific details.

It’s also important to note that intuitbenefits.com will redirect to intuit.com in January 2025. This will be a seamless experience for visitors to the site and supports our goal of leveraging Intuit’s technology strengths now and in the future.

Will I still have access to my benefits information when I’m not behind the Intuit firewall?

Yes! High-level benefits overview information will still be available on intuitbenefits.com, which is not housed behind the Intuit firewall. If you are not on your Intuit device, you can still access intuitbenefits.com to get the information you need on the go.

In January 2025, intuitbenefits.com will redirect to intuit.com and high-level benefits content will still be available for all to view.

What can my family use to view Intuit benefits information?

Your family can still use intuitbenefits.com to view Intuit benefits information. In January 2025, intuitbenefits.com will redirect to intuit.com and high-level benefits content will still be available for all to view.

Will I be able to see all benefits information on Insight?

Yes. With this transition, you’ll be able to see benefits information tailored to you on Insight. For example, if you’re a Canada SelectTime employee and your primary work location is remote, you’ll be able to see information based on these criteria. You’ll also be able to switch between locations and employee types to see what’s available across Intuit.

How can I view benefits information targeted to other employee groups?

You can select Settings in the right rail to customize your Insight experience by location and worker type. Recruiters, HR business partners, and managers with direct reports in other locations may find this feature helpful.

Where on Insight do I go to find my benefits information?

You will access benefits information from the My benefits and career tab on the top left of your screen. You can also search for benefits information or go to the Benefits homepage.

My position and/or work location recently changed. Is there anything I need to do to see the correct benefits information on Insight?

The information you see on Insight is based on your employee profile in Workday. Once your Workday profile is updated, you should see benefits information relevant to you.
