Medical
Intuit offers group medical insurance for you and your family, which includes inpatient department (IPD) services of up to INR 12 Lac sum insured, plus additional coverage of up to INR 30,000 per year for outpatient department (OPD) services. You can also opt in to voluntary parent-in-law coverage. Plus, you and one registered dependant under the group medical plan can get a free annual health checkup.
Dental
Dental services, including exams and X-rays, extractions, scaling, and braces are covered as part of the group medical plan’s outpatient department (OPD) sum insured.
Vision
Vision care, including tests, consultations, and eyeglass lenses, are included as part of the group medical plan’s outpatient department (OPD) sum insured.
Mental health
As an Intuit employee, you and your family can access free resources, including:
- Confidential counseling: You and your family receive 12 free virtual or in-person sessions through 1to1help every 12 months from the start of your first session, with ongoing coverage through the group medical plan.
- Coaching for parents and families: Get support for parenting stress and child behavior issues. Teens can get help navigating social media, friendships, school stress, and more.
- Mindfulness and resilience: Access resources to practice mindfulness, increase resiliency, understand your emotions, and improve relationships.
Financial benefits
Save for retirement, invest in Intuit, and more with support from these financial benefits:
- National Pension System (NPS): Intuit contributes 4.5% of your fixed pay towards the Tier 1 account. You can also make voluntary contributions to the Tier 1 or Tier 2 NPS account.
- Employee Provident Fund: In addition to your automatic contributions, Intuit adds an additional 12% contribution to your account.
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP): Buy Intuit stock at a 15% discount through payroll deductions.
- Tuition assistance programme: Receive up to INR 400,000 per year for courses or degrees related to your career advancement at Intuit.
Other insurance and protection
Stay protected in the event of the unexpected with group life and accident insurance, which is automatically provided by Intuit, at no cost to you to ensure that you and your family are financially protected in the event of death or a serious accident.
