All regular full-time employees can access Out-Patient Department (OPD) services, such as diagnostics and radiology checks and doctor consultations, for themselves and their dependents across select hospitals.
How do you access OPD/doctor consultation services?
- Call 022 62697778.
- Provide your name, employee ID, and phone number, and describe your medical concern.
- In most cases, you can speak with a doctor immediately. If not, a doctor will return your call within 60 minutes.
- Any needed prescription will be shared over WhatsApp/mail after your consultation.
