Medical
Intuit’s medical benefits are provided through Mivtach Simon and include comprehensive coverage for a range of health care needs, including outpatient treatment, surgeries, cancer testing and treatment, mental health support, and more. Intuit reimburses you for the cost of coverage.
Dental
Intuit offers reimbursement for eligible dental expenses, up to 1200 ILS per year, toward the cost of X-rays and exams, crowns, dentures, implants, and orthodontia.
Vision
Intuit offers reimbursement for eligible vision expenses, up to 550 ILS per year, toward the cost of spectacles or lenses for you and your eligible dependents.
Mental health
As an Intuit employee, you and your family can access free resources, including:
- Confidential counseling: You and your family receive 12 free virtual or in-person sessions through Optum every 12 months from the start of your first session, with continuing care through your Intuit medical plan.
- Coaching for parents and families: Get support for parenting stress and child behavior issues. Teens can get help navigating their sleep, relationships, school or sports performance, and more.
- 24/7 work-life support: Digital articles, videos, and forums are available on a variety of topics to support you.
- Mindfulness and resilience: Access resources to practice mindfulness, increase resiliency, understand your emotions, and improve relationships.

Financial benefits

- Pension Scheme: You contribute 6.5% of your eligible earnings, and Intuit contributes 7.5%.
