How to get started
- Gender-affirmation surgery: Intuit provides a gender-affirmation surgery reimbursement up to ILS 150,000 as a one-time cost, which is over and above the regular insurance coverage. You can also get complementary medical care for any treatment or medication related to gender change, up to a maximum amount of ILS 30,000.
- Health care coverage: To ensure the health and wellbeing of all our employees’ loved ones, we offer group medical insurance coverage to the same-sex spouses and domestic partners of Intuit employees.
