How to get started

You'll have €10 per day available on your electronic voucher card. Intuit will contribute 50% and deduct your 50% employee contribution (€5 per day) from your monthly payroll.

The benefit of a shared contribution is that it is free of tax and social charges for the employer and employee. Initial voucher entitlement is calculated based on your employment terms and considers annual leave, holidays, and RTT time. Vouchers are then deducted when necessary for exceptional absences such as sick time, paternity leave, or unpaid time off. These deductions comply with the nature of the tax-free status of the plan.

Most employees receive 218 vouchers per year, which accounts for all eligible working days. If you're not working under such a global working-day arrangement, the calculations will be adapted to your specific situation.

HiConnect refills the electronic voucher cards at the beginning of every month and is responsible for administering this benefit.
