Medical

Intuit offers several medical plan options to help you find the right coverage for you and your family:

  • The Cigna Choice Fund with Health Savings Account (HSA) Plan is a high-deductible health plan. It uses coinsurance instead of copays. It’s the only plan with an HSA and covers out-of-network care.
  • The Cigna Managed Network Plan and United Healthcare (UHC) Network Plan are in-network-only plans. They use copays, and there’s no deductible to meet. 
  • The Kaiser HMO Plan (available in California, Georgia, and Hawaii only) is an in-network-only plan that uses copays and has no deductible to meet.

All plans include prescription drug coverage and coverage for mental health and substance use treatment.

Dental

Intuit offers two dental plans to help you and your family find the right coverage:

  • The Aetna PPO Dental Plan covers in- and out-of-network care, so you can choose any dentist you like. This plan has a deductible and plan-year maximum for basic and major care.
  • The Aetna DMO Dental Plan covers only in-network care. You must select a primary care dentist when you enroll. There’s no deductible or plan-year maximum. This plan is only available in certain areas. 

Both plans cover preventive care at 100%.

Vision

Intuit’s vision plan through Vision Service Plan (VSP) offers in- and out-of-network coverage for prescription glasses, contact lenses, and laser vision care. The plan covers either frames and lenses or contact lenses once every 12 months.

Mental health

Intuit employees and their family can access free resources, including:

  • Confidential counseling or coaching: You and your family receive 12 free virtual or in-person sessions through Lyra Health. After your sessions are complete, continue care through your Intuit medical plan.
  • Coaching for parents and families: Get support for parenting stress and child behavior issues. Teens can get help navigating social media, friendships, school stress, and more.
  • 24/7 work-life support: Get help with the little things that can create stress, like finding family care, household help, home maintenance, community resources, and more.
  • Mindfulness and resilience: Access resources to practice mindfulness, increase resiliency, understand your emotions, and improve relationships.

Financial benefits

Save for retirement, invest in Intuit and more with support from these financial benefits:

  • 401(k) retirement plan: Intuit contributes $1.25 for every $1 you contribute, up to 6% of your eligible annual pay, to a maximum of $10,000 a year.
  • Flexible spending accounts (FSAs): Make pre-tax contributions from your paycheck to pay for eligible expenses.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP): Buy Intuit stock at a 15% discount through payroll deductions.
  • Tuition assistance program: Receive up to $5,250 per year for courses or degrees related to your career advancement at Intuit.
  • Personal finance benefits: Intuit’s personal finance benefits can help you manage money like a pro. Benefits include free financial counseling and budgeting.

Other insurance and protection

Stay protected in the event of the unexpected with these other insurances:

  • Basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance: Provided by Intuit at no cost to you. You can buy optional additional life and AD&D insurance for yourself and your dependents.
  • Short- and long-term disability benefits: Replaces part of your income if you become disabled and can't work. 
  • Other insurances: All employees can access discounted rates on home and auto insurance, legal insurance, pet insurance, and travel insurance for use throughout the year.
